The classic American Broadway musical, "Westside Story" opens March 19 at the Palace Theatre,1564 Broadway (Between West 46th and 47th Street).

The story of Romeo and Juliet is transported to the turbulent streets of New York City in the 1950s. Star-crossed lovers are caught between rival street gangs. Directed by librettist Arthur Laurents, the show features Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim's legendary score.

Josefina Scaglione
as Maria
A classically trained opera singer, Scaglione appeared in numerous musicals in Argentina before being chosen to star as Maria in the Broadway revival of West Side Story.

Matt Cavenaugh as Tony
Since his high-profile Broadway debut in Urban Cowboy, the always-working Cavenaugh is known for being the go-to guy for strong supporting roles in new musicals like "Grey Gardens" and "A Catered Affair".

Karen Olivo as Anita
Olivo's portrayal of ambitious Washington Heights native Vanessa in "In the Heights" is her most high-profile role to date.
