musicalβ€œThe Story of  My Life,” at the Booth Theatre, is a  new musical which tells the story of two childhood friends whose friendship profoundly affects their lives.

Thomas Weaver is a best-selling, award-winning author and Alvin Kelby was his best friend for 30 years. Time can test the bonds of friendship, and when it does, Thomas calls on the only resource he has, his stories of Alvin, to learn where things went wrong.

This is a richly melodic musical and a soaring tribute to the power of friendship and the people who change our lives forever.

Performances begin February 3, 2009 with an official opening of February 19.
